How quickly can you answer my question?
We answer emails in the order they are received. We reply within 1 to 3 business days. During peak holiday times, our response time may be a bit delayed.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If you notice an error, please email us immediately with your name and order number. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
What do I do if something is missing in my order or is damaged?
If any of your purchased items are missing or are damaged, please contact us immediately via email. Please include pictures of the package and/or damaged item.
Can I cancel my order once is has been shipped?
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
