Application: After your shower with Slim&Trim® Foaming Body Scrub, apply a generous amount of Contour Body Cream to your body (include arms as well). Massage lightly and enjoy the smoothing of your skin.

Recommendation: Use the Contour Body Gel in the morning and the Contour Body Cream at night if you are time-pressed. If you have more time, use both Gel and Cream morning and evening, applying the gel first and then the cream over it.
